RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within this period and the item must meet our return conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging, tags and protective materials whenever applicable.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief reason for your return request.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@norvaneliving.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will confirm whether the requested item is available and guide you through the exchange process.
If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@norvaneliving.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our customer care team will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or marked as final sale where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-use products may also be non-returnable once opened or used.
